Orders above 500kr within the EU will be delivered free of charge to your local postal agent. All orders, except home delivery with Budbee, are to be picked up at your local postal agent. For orders within Sweden, please allow 1-4 days for delivery. For international orders please allow 3-14 days for delivery.
Please note that deliveries can take longer in certain remote areas. In order to get more precise information on delivery for your order, do not hesitate to contact our customer service via e-mail at email@example.com.
If you for some reason want to return your product, you have up to 14 days upon delivery to do so. We are happy to accept returns of unused items and will refund the item price. Change of heart returners are responsible for return shipping costs. For EU order, you can either use our return form and hand the package to a DHL service point (cost 59 SEK, deducted from refund amount) or arrange with the return delivery yourself. For all orders outside of EU, delivery and customs handling needs to be arranged and payed for by the customer. Please contact us via e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org for instructions. We do our best to make sure all our products meet our quality standards before sending them to you. However, should you receive a faulty product, please, do not hesitate to contact us via e-mail on email@example.com with documentation of the product in form of description and photos and we will send you a new one.
